NOTE: Please scroll down the page for more…
The Directors Only section of the website allows us to easily and securely make documents available to you. You will access this information through the Directors Only listing on the main menu above. Please note the LOG OUT option in the main menu above. Please have fun exploring and remember to log out when you are done! The Directors Only and Log Out tabs are only visible to someone who is properly logged in.
Notice that if you highlight the Directors Only menu, you will see some sub-menus available: This Directors Only page, Calendar, Lamb Foundation Manual, Board Meeting(s), and a Blog page.
You can access our Google calendar if you have an open Google account. If your personal Google account is open, you will see all upcoming Lamb Foundation events, and items of note on the Lamb Foundation Google calender (LFGC). The LFGC will be updated regularly. Also watch this (Directors Only) page for additions, which may not be as timely. Site visits are listed as they are created on the LFGC only. There is also a link to a pdf version of the planning calendar that is presented in your packets, with deadlines and meeting dates on it.
The Lamb Foundation Manual page is fairly straight forward. Just click on the file you want to download or view online. The documents will either download automatically or will open in a new tab so that you can easily come back to the manual at any time.
DIRECTOR DISCRETIONARY REQUEST FORM Please note that the Discretionary Request form has been updated as of 9/20/16 and includes Conflict of Information documentation on the backside. If your viewer does not permit forms, you can open it in Adobe Acrobat to fill it in online. Otherwise, you can still print it and fill it out. (or use it as a guide to report the same information via email) Please remember when you fill out the form to save it as a new document and send it in via email. If this form works well, we can consider updating the website to make it possible to upload the saved form and submit it right from the web site. Discretionary requests may be submitted at any time (before the last due date*); however, to be considered at the spring meeting, they must be received at the same time as proposals are due from applicants, which is generally about one month before the board meeting date. *All discretionary requests are due no later than the fall proposal due date, which is generally about one month before the fall annual board meeting.
YOUTH DISCRETIONARY REQUEST FORM Youth discretionary grants are meant to be a learning opportunity, but not meant to create a burden on either foundation directors, administrator, or youth. If you are related to a youth that wants to make a discretionary grant and cannot serve as a mentor, please let Debra know. Also, youth or relatives may request that another active or previous board member serve as a mentor. Youth discretionary requests forms are submitted using the same process as board discretionary requests.
SOLICITOR FORM PLEASE NOTE: You can request that Debra send an electronic, fillable Solicitor Form via email. You may also use the form simply as a guide and submit the information via email.
