Impact
In 2008, Lamb Foundation assisted the Arts Council of Pendleton (ACP) with equipping and operating a new project that provides professional development services to artists and artisans who wish to further their careers. The Professional Artists Resource Center (PARC) opened in a dedicated space on the lower level of the Pendleton Center for the Arts (PCA) and, in its first year of delivering services, assisted over seventy working artists. At a time of increasing unemployment, the services provided by the resource center are growing in importance to both professional artists and those who approach their work as cottage industries. This grant helps to support a second year of administration for the program.
